Advertising and Targeting
Builds a profile of your interests and delivers advertising for our content, merchandise and events on other sites and platforms, and measures the performance of that advertising.
Providers observed: Meta Pixel, Google Ads through Google & YouTube.

Social Media and Embedded Content
Enables embedded audio, video and social features, and allows those platforms to collect information about your activity.

Powers on-site merchandising, notifications and marketing widgets.

3. Advertising Cookies, Sale and Sharing
Advertising and targeting cookies allow information about your activity on a Site to be disclosed to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under California law and the privacy laws of several other states, that disclosure may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or processing for targeted advertising, even though no money changes hands. You may opt out at any time as described in Section 5 (Your Choices).
4. Video and Audio Content
Where a Site embeds a video or audio player, the platform hosting that player may set cookies and collect information about the content you view or play, including, in some cases, information that identifies you if you are logged in to that platform in the same browser. We do not enable advertising or analytics cookies on pages where we make audiovisual content available unless you have accepted those categories through our cookie banner.
5. Your Choices
Cookie Banner. When you first visit a Site, our cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies or choose categories. You may change your choices at any time by selecting “Cookie Preferences” in the footer of each Site. Closing or dismissing the banner without making a selection does not constitute consent to any non-essential cookie.
Opt-Out Preference Signals. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other opt-out preference signals we are required to recognize under applicable law as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information from the browser or device transmitting the signal.
Your Privacy Choices. You may also use the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer of each Site to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and targeted advertising.
Browser Controls. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of a Site may not function.
Industry Opt-Outs. You may opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. These opt-outs are cookie based and must be renewed if you clear your cookies or change browsers or devices.
Mobile Devices. Mobile operating systems provide controls for limiting ad tracking in device settings.

We may update this Cookie and Tracking Technologies Notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above and post the updated Cookie and Tracking Technologies Notice on the Sites.
